团队介绍:
团队教授4人,副教授3人,讲师1人。负责人张继权教授(“长白山学者”特聘教授),学术顾问尚金城教授。团队在我较早开展了综合灾害风险与生态安全研究,形成了综合灾害风险评价与防范、生态安全预警与评价及调控、区域环境评价与规划、战略环境评价与规划理论与方法等特色鲜明的研究领域,进行了许多开创性工作。团队承担国家科技攻关、科技支撑、重点研发、973计划、国家公益性行业专项、国家自然科学基金区域创新发展联合基金(重点项目)、国家自然科学基金国际合作项目、吉林省重大科技专项和重点科技攻关等科研项目100多项;发表论文500余篇,其中SCI论文200余篇;出版著作14部;取得软件著作权36项;制定国家或行业标准5项;获批专利 17项;获吉林省科学技术进步奖一等奖、内蒙古自治区科学技术进步奖一等奖、教育部科技进步奖二等奖、吉林省科学技术进步奖二等奖、大禹水利科学技术奖特等奖等奖励。

The laboratory has been pursuing active research in comprehensive environmental disaster risk and ecological security. There are four professors, three associate professors and one lecturers in this laboratory. It carried out over 100 research projects, including key projects and general projects funded by National Natural Foundation of China, projects funded by National Basic Research Program of China, and National Science and Technology Major Project of the Ministry of Science and Technology of China. More than 200 SCI indexed papers, have been published and over 17 patents have been authorized. Main research fields include: (1) Comprehensive disaster risk assessment and prevention, (2) Ecological security early warning and assessment and regulation, (3) Regional environmental assessment and planning, (4) Strategic environmental assessment and planning.

1.农业气象灾害风险评估与防控技术
突破了综合灾害风险动态评价、风险预警和风险防范三大关键技术,研制了“基础理论-共性技术-应用示范”全链条一体化的“风险分析-风险评价-风险预警-风险防范”的多灾种农业气象灾害综合风险防范技术体系。
2.流域资源环境生态承载力及生态安全风险评估
评估了流域资源环境生态承载力变化,从不同研究尺度揭示河流域生态安全服务价值(ESV)的格局和空间差异,揭示生态系统服务的价值对生产-生活-生态空间 (PLES)变化的反应机制,以及土地利用和人为干扰的变化影响流域空间利用结构和生态过程。
3.环境规划评价和污染修复及废物资源化利用
立足实际环保问题,理论与实践、宏观与微观相结合,从政策、法规,生态文明建设上等源头控制环境的污染,建立环境健康风险评价方法体系和环境污染修复技术体系。以人工湿地、生态浮床等自然生态方式对河流、湖泊等污染进行修复,治理水体污染问题,实现水源地、城市地表水等生态安全防护。添加不同调理剂等环境友好方式实现农业废弃物等高效优化利用,减少温室气体排放,促进土壤中抗生素等污染物降解,解决农业农村面源、土壤污染等问题。
